What's Your Program ?

We have many programs that can read and interpret your documents. It is important that we know the software application and version you used to create your file so that we know how to open and work with it. Your WordPerfect letter will reformat if we open it with Microsoft Word. An Adobe Illustrator graphic can look odd in PageMaker-if it opens at all.

Suggestions for Design

We are always pleased to review your preliminary ideas and to offer suggestions which may reduce your expenses and increase the impact of your piece. For example:

• Screen tints add interest and complexity to your artwork at no additional cost.
• Reversing small type out of photographs and large solid areas of color can be difficult to read.
• A second "spot" color is a very effective and inexpensive way to dress up your piece and draw attention.
• Contact us about layout, especially for post cards and business cards.
• Generally we prefer to use "one-up" images that we can impose on film for the most efficient and cost-effective production.
• We have many years of design experience and would be happy to complete your design from a sketch or rough layout you provide.

Estimates

Please request an estimate before you complete your design. We may be able to offer suggestions which can save time and make your print job more cost effective. Use Acrobat Reader to print out an Estimate Request form to fax to us at 970-925-5932.
